"Hi Jennifer...I'm just writing to say "thank you," again...I'm still reaping the benefits of our consultation 5 months ago!"
--Kris Christiansen, St. Louis Park, MN

If you could save an hour per day (that’s 2 extra days each month - 23 days per year) by being more organized, what would you be able to do that you can’t do now? What would that be worth to you, your family, or your business?

What would it be like if you had...
  • Relaxing spaces you can enjoy
  • A place for everything, so you can find what you need when you need it
  • A flexible, purposeful schedule, with more time for your loved ones
  • Freedom to explore or develop a gift or ministry

  • Start with your FREE Needs Assessment

Save time and money by getting clear about what you want. The needs assessment is a fundamental first step of the organizing process. It helps you identify your biggest frustrations, and it gets you thinking about what’s most important to you.

I like to use the needs assessment to help get a better understanding of your needs before we work together. It helps us both figure out where best to start, so we can jump into your organizing project more quickly.

Contact me, ask for your free Organizational Needs Assessment (Home and/or Business), and I will send it to you via e-mail. If I feel I would be a good fit to help with your needs, we’ll schedule time to talk together for about 30 minutes to further clarify your needs and priorities. This is a free, no-obligation phone consultation.

"Thank you for helping me organize my disorderly home office. You will be glad to know that I have made progress since your visit... I also got my husband to cooperate... I am determined to forge ahead. You’re practical, very organized, and have great ideas."
    --Cindy K.,
    Lakeville, MN

    Hands-on organizing

The next step in the organizing process typically involves in-person, hands-on organizing. Phone and e-mail consulting options are also available.

Keeping in mind what we both learned from the needs assessment, we quickly tour your current space and systems and develop a master plan. Then we work together to create the space and systems you need to simplify your life.

    As you progress, you will
  • Reduce frustration and overwhelm
  • Improve your organizing skills
  • Reduce clutter and make more space for living
  • Be able to find what you need when you need it--and know where to put it when you’re finished with it
  • Gain a greater sense of control and confidence
  • "Thanks, Jennifer...I feel so much better about my projects and my space!
    --Hollie S., Shoreview, MN

    Time Management

In purposeful time management, the goal is not to control time...and especially not to cram your schedule full of activities and multitasking, in the name of “efficiency” or “productivity.” Purposeful time management means creating a schedule that reflects what’s important to you. It means you have more focus on what you’re doing while you’re doing it.

There are 4 main components to successful time management: Long-range planning, weekly planning, daily planning, and daily reflection.

Our work together focuses on incorporating these habits into your life so you can have more time for what you love.

    Phone/e-mail Consulting

This is a great way to get some organizational direction and tips, tailored just for you, especially if:
  • You are motivated to make changes and carry out assignments on your own
  • Your schedule, location or budget makes it impractical to work one-on-one with a professional organizer
  • Just like the hands-on consulting, the remote consulting process begins with a complimentary needs assessment. I will first send you a written needs assessment to complete. Then, if you qualify, we will schedule a free 20-30 minute phone consultation to discuss your challenges and determine how best to help you.

After that, a typical phone consultation requires about 40 minutes. A digital camera (to e-mail photos) is helpful and certainly recommended, but it’s not required. Having pictures of your space helps me more clearly see what we have to work with--and what needs to be done.

"Jennifer helped me learn how a kid's bedroom could be better organized. Now my daughter keeps her toys, clothes, and school papers in more logical places. It's easier for her to pick up her room now that she knows where everything goes. And since I don't have to do it all myself, it saves me time. Jennifer's tips made sense and gave me the confidence I needed to make changes."
